README for ArcAPEX 1501.10_3.1


In order to install ArcAPEX for ArcGIS 10.3.1, you MUST have:

1.) Microsoft Windows 7/10 

2.) ArcGIS 10.3.1 ,

3.) ArcGIS Spatial Analyst 10.2.2


5.) Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5

6.) Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8 or higher. Acrobat Reader may be downloaded for free from:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

To install ArcAPEX:
1.) Uninstall any previous versions of ArcAPEX using "Add or Remove Programs" and choosing to Remove ArcAPEX. 
2.) Double-click on the "setup.exe" program. This will launch the ArcAPEX install program.

Failure to have the above system configuration may result in failure to install ArcAPEX or errors 
in the ArcAPEX interface.
